Training-Workshop on Facilitation Skills for SDO Officials,

Specialists, and School Heads

To continuously equip its leaders and personnel with the appropriate skills and expertise in managing a program by becoming productive and effective facilitators/presenters, the School Governance and Operations Division, through the Human Resource Development Unit, conducted a training program focused on enhancing presentation and facilitation skills.

All public elementary and secondary school principals of Malabon, as well as the officials and program specialists of the Division Office Proper participated in the training with Mr. Ferdinand De Leon, Mrs. Sheryll Gayola, and Rev. Fr. Jose Maria Bautista as resource speakers.
