We, the Schools Division Office of Malabon City, dedicate our commitment of excellence, outstanding service and incessant pursuit of advancement for the satisfaction of our Stakeholders by adapting global standards and practicing quality management system, in partnerships with various government and non-government organizations, as we proactively adhere to the DepEd Vision-Mission-Core Values, its duly constituted Rules and Regulations, as well as our Oath as public servants.
